What is Advisly Assist?

Advisly is the platform. Advisly Assist is the planned AI agent inside Advisly that is designed to turn your profile, holdings, preferences, market data, and internal review into one clear personalized recommendation layer.

Can Advisly invest for me?

Not from this waitlist site. Auto-investing is planned for a later Advisly update and depends on required legal, regulatory, brokerage, and product readiness. The intended flow starts with read-only analysis and user-reviewed recommendations, then optional automation with caps, logs, permissions, and pause controls.

Is this investment advice right now?

No. This waitlist site does not provide investment advice, recommendations, account opening, brokerage linking, or trade execution. Advisly must complete the required legal and regulatory work before offering advisory services.

How will Advisly make money?

The planned model is flat monthly subscriptions: Starter at $15, Growth at $30, Pro at $50.

What data does this waitlist collect?

Only email, optional source/referrer, basic device/browser metadata, timestamp, and a hashed IP address for abuse prevention. It does not collect brokerage, payment, portfolio, financial profile, SSN, or account-linking data.

The waitlist does not link brokerage accounts, collect portfolio holdings, process payments, open accounts, collect government identifiers, analyze portfolios, generate recommendations, or operate any automated trading system. Additional product-specific privacy disclosures will be provided before Advisly makes any account, advisory, brokerage-connected, or paid product available.

No AI or LLM investment guidance on the waitlist

The current waitlist site does not use an LLM, recommendation engine, or automated trading system to generate investment guidance. It is a marketing and email signup website only.

How we use information

We use waitlist information to confirm signup, send product and beta updates, manage unsubscribe requests, protect the form from abuse, measure basic site performance, debug errors, confirm current waitlist eligibility, and prepare for launch.

Service providers

Advisly uses Supabase for waitlist storage, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting, Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for privacy-friendly analytics and performance measurement, Cloudflare Turnstile for invisible bot protection, and Upstash Redis for rate limiting. Cloudflare Turnstile may run non-interactive checks and process technical signals under Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum. These providers process information only as needed to operate the waitlist site.

No sale of personal information

Advisly does not sell waitlist information. Advisly does not share waitlist emails with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Retention

We retain waitlist information until you unsubscribe or request deletion, plus a reasonable period for backups, abuse prevention, legal, security, and operational cleanup. Rate-limit records are intended to expire automatically.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, deletion, correction, or portability of your waitlist information by emailing privacy@advisly.app. You may also unsubscribe from waitlist emails using the link in any email.

Children and eligibility

Advisly's future investing product is intended for users who are legally eligible to open and manage investment accounts. The waitlist is currently intended for people in the United States who are 18 or older, and it is not directed to children under 13.
